All about Me!

I was born in 1973, and grew up in Swing Bridge Cottage at Hempholme, East Yorkshire. The bridge is part of the Driffield Navigation, which allowed Humber Keels to get upto Driffield. Now part disused, the DNAA are trying to restore passage.

I've been canal boating since I was born, on my fathers boat, Rose of Yorkshire. In January 2003, my Dad and I bought a 50ft narrowboat shell, and we have been fitting it out in between boating.

September 2003 found me buying my own boat, the 60ft Shoestring to live aboard in Northolt, London. So I now own 1.5 boats!

Interests include Canal Boating, Photography, and Videography, Computing, and attempting to make music (keyboards). The computer you are getting this from is on board my boat, and is connected to the internet via a 1024Kbps ADSL (256Kbps upstream) connection.
